Office Depot Sr. Program Manager - GTM - Services in Boca Raton, Florida

Responsibilities:

Sr. Program Manager - Services role is to drive success in both our GTM (go to market)and expansion programs and activities for Office Depot Managed IT as a Service. This role will develop the go-to market strategy, marketing plans and expansion proposals. Keys to success lie in candidate's ability to innovate, and direct product and brand initiatives, creating go-to-market strategies, leading to maximization of market share, profitability and sales. The role also includes guidance in the process to develop and deploy tools for Channels and Internal team to be more successful such as our PRM and associated efficiency tools.

Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy that supports key business priorities. Includes, developing programs to drive revenue through direct and 3rd party channels.

Work with marketing to drive effective campaigns that stimulate partner sales activity.Work with marketing to drive effective campaigns that stimulate partner sales activity.

Design and measure KPI's by partner for business review meetings with partner. Accurately forecast sales revenues for defined partner.

Work closely with marketing training and enablement resources to provide channel partners and internal sales with everything they need to become self-sufficient in driving demand and closing opportunities for Office Depot services

Creating training strategy as part of the GTM activities for the specific audiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 8 years experience

Experience in a program management role, or managed service field sales role, both a plus.

Proven understanding and success in sales deployment strategies to maximize results

Has exceeded sales targets consistently, preferably in managed services

Experience in developing programs to drive 3d party sales behavior

Program management

Ability to effectively communicate Office Depot's value proposition to employees, partners and customers

Fanatic support to prospect, customer, and partner community
